[Che-student-staff-list] Please remind all students to make multiple copies of documents

Just a suggestion to remind all students to make copies of any important documents - and save them in more than one location - especially when final papers/projects are coming due.  Hardly a semester goes by that a panicked student doesn't bring me a flash drive (used to be floppy drives) with a deleted or corrupted document and ask for help retrieving it.

Files stored on Atom are backed up nightly (this is your 'My Documents' folder on most ECN windows machines)>
