Student Recognition

*         Graduate Student Katie Smith received an IBM PhD Fellowship award. Katie is advised by Professor Beaudoin and the announcement from IBM read "This award is highly competitive and recognizes your student as well as the quality of your institution."



Staff Recognition

*         The ChE Business Office received the College of Engineering Account Management Star Award, as nominated by Tonya Yoder, Assistant Director of Financial Affairs in the College of Engineering



Miscellaneous:

*         Professor Yue Wu and his wife Bo are the proud parents of Olivia Wu, born on March 2nd, 2012. Both mom and baby are doing great.

*         March 30th - Deadline to submit nominations for the ChE Staff Awards (no nominations received yet)
