[Che-student-staff-list] Assessment of leadership skills - response needed

Good morning,


I am in the process of assessing my leadership skills with the goal to identify strengths and areas where I could improve to serve the Chemical Engineering School better. For this purpose, I created a one page survey and I invite you to follow the link below and rate me on the 18 traits I consider important for a leader. If you cannot rate me on one characteristic, please choose N/A. The survey is entirely anonymous, but the more people take it the more beneficial it will to me be for a comprehensive feedback.

The results will not affect my performance evaluation conducted by my supervisor. The survey takes about 5 minutes to complete and will be available until March 15, 2012. No reminder will be sent out.
