[Che-student-staff-list] Planned gift to endow chemical engineering professorship

Pl read the news story in today's Purdue Today, about a Distinguished Professorship planned gift that Larry (BS, ChE '59) and Virginia Faith (BS, PSYC '60) have created recently:

In recognition of their gift, on October 5 the Faiths received a Pinnacle Award at the President's Council pre-game event from acting President Tim Sands and Lisa Calvert, vice president for development.

This is another success of our Development efforts - Diane Klassen and I discussed this idea with the Faiths first during our visit to Houston in April this year for a School alumni reception.

You are probably also aware of an endowed professorship that Jerry (BS, ChE '54) and Sally Skidmore created recently - there is a Spotlight re this on our School's home page:
