A confidential survey re OCHE & Ray.

A number of you have nominated Ray Mentzer as deserving of the OCHE, and Ive held back as he’s on our faculty and thus a current Purdue employee.

I’ve checked and there’s no such restriction; so for the senior faculty’s selection, I’d like to survey your thoughts on this.
