All that is needed to start the process of creating a Chapter is 3 student officers that will take on the role of President, Vice President, and Secretary. The officers must hold student membership in ASPRS (the rest of the students in the Chapter are not required to be members). The cost of a student membership is $50, but I have already secured sponsorship for the officers. That means the membership is free.
