Dear CCE Faculty and Students,

The Civil Engineering Graduate Student Advisory Council (CEGSAC), in collaboration with the ASCE T&DI Student Chapter of Purdue University and the Build America Center, and with support from the ITE Student Chapter at Purdue, is pleased to host a special set of events featuring Dr. Cesar Queiroz (Transport Infrastructure Consultant, former World Bank) and Dr. Samuel Labi (Purdue University). We have a few more open slots for the workshop and encourage your participation.

  *   Workshop on Financial Assessment of P3 Projects in Transport Infrastructure

This workshop will cover:

  *   Project finance basics, Public-Private Partnership (P3) structures, and risk allocation.
  *   Learn to use the financial modelling toolkit for P3 in Roads and Highways (adapted by the World Bank).
  *   Financial assessment of “User Pays” and availability payment P3 projects.
  *   Hands-on group exercises and discussion
