Dear Colleagues:

Even as we migrate our information to Elements, please send your updated Form 36 and activity reports in WORD to Teresa by 5:00 pm of Jan. 16, 2026.

*                     *Assistant and Associate Professors are required to use the current CoE template available at https://engineering.purdue.edu/Intranet/Groups/Committees/EAPC/PTDocuments.

*                     Full professors need not follow the same format. If you do not follow the CoE format, then a full updated resume is needed. Please highlight items for the 2025 calendar year.

*                     Your document should be accurate in terms of all factual information.

*PS: Dave Bahr did mention that the CoE template would be changing for those who would be going up for promotion and/or tenure. However, for the purpose of collecting your CVs, please use the current template.
