Benefit: You can be exposed to domestic talent early and potentially connect with industry contacts for collaborative research.

If you have any questions about the GEM fellowship and what it entails here at Purdue, then I am attaching last year’s internal Purdue funding agreements - as the fellowship is a partnership and only partial funding (~$20k for 1 year) comes from GEM/employers. This is a reminder to submit your nominations for the GEM Fellowship Judging Committee, meeting virtually from November 20–21.

We still need your help identifying passionate STEM professionals (Master’s or PhD holders) to serve as volunteer judges. This is a valuable opportunity to support GEM’s mission, recruit top graduate talent, and connect with peers across academia and industry.

Employers Reps, this panel is an unique opportunity for your company or lab to get a bird's eye view of the applicant pool in support of early identification of applicants that you are able and willing to fund as sponsored GEM Fellows.
