EURO Invitation to Submit
Undergraduate Research Projects for FTR & SURF


Dear CCE Faculty,

The Engineering Undergraduate Research Office's (EURO) FTR and SURF undergraduate research programs are now open for faculty project submissions across the College of Engineering.

EURO are looking for faculty in the Lyles School of Civil and Construction Engineering community who may be interested in mentoring undergraduate researchers.



First-Time Researcher (FTR) – Spring 2026

  *   Final project posting deadline: November 30, 2025

Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) – Summer 2026

  *   Priority posting window: November 1 – December 1, 2025
  *   Final submission deadline: April 15, 2026

Both programs offer structured research experiences for students and provide faculty with support throughout the recruitment process.
