I appreciate your quick response during a very busy time in the semester.

Special thanks to Jenny and Stacy for their immense assistance in collecting, confirming and compiling data under a very short turn-around time.
We are very blessed to have outstanding CE Grad Office Staff!

Thanks Yvette, for checking and confirming data about funding sources!

Subject: URGENT: Graduate Student funding information to your graduate admissions team by 12:00p TODAY (Thurs May 08)

To: ALL FACULTY with funded thesis-based Masters and PhD students starting in Fall 2025,

Given the current uncertainty in the funding environment, the University needs to have better line of sight on how incoming Graduate Students are funded. We have an URGENT request to provide this information to the Provost and President’s office TODAY (Thursday may 08).

If you have students who have accepted funding offers, send their name and funding information in the format below to your departmental graduate admissions team (Assoc Chair and admins) by 12:00p TODAY. They will collate the information and send to the Deans office by 1pm today, I will collate and then send to the Provost’s office by 2pm TODAY.

OGSPS (formally known as the Grad School) has a solution in development for this ask in future admissions cycles.
