     *   Reporting is required by the fourth class meeting for any course that will have a grade of any kind reported at end of term. (A-F, S/U, P/N)

     *   First Eight Weeks (January 13 – March 8)
        *   Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. February 28 and ends at 5 p.m. March 11.

  2.  Information regarding pending Incompletes for Spring 2024 will be sent in the upcoming weeks.



It is crucial to ensure all the required certifications are up to date before the deadline approaches. Now is the perfect time to remind faculty to take the 15 minutes to get all their required certifications current. These certifications are:

  1.  FERPA
  2.  GLBA
  3.  Data Handling
  4.  Protecting SSNs
