I wanted to provide a welcome, a virtual introduction and share key dates for you to note and pass along to your faculty.



You are key to the success of our students in that you help ensure faculty report grades in a timely manner. This impacts financial aid, degree progression, athletic and veteran eligibility and so much more. THANK YOU!



I will be your primary contact for final grading information and questions. This is also a great time to remind faculty to check that their web certifications are up-to-date. Keeping certifications current is essential to avoid any delays when entering grades. These certifications include FERPA, GLBA, Protecting SSNs, and Data Handling.



Here are some key grading dates to share with faculty:

  1.  Initial Course Participation (ICP)
     *   Reporting required by the fourth class meeting for any course where a grade will be assigned at the end of the term (A-F, S/U, P/N)

  2.  Midterm Grading
     *   Midterm grading opens: Friday, February 7
     *   Midterm grading closes: Friday, April 11

  3.  Final Grading Windows
     *   First Eight-Week Session (January 13 – March 8)

                                                               i.      Grade Entry: 8 a.m. February 28 – 5 p.m. March 11

     *   Full Term (January 13 – May 10) and Second Eight-Week Session (March 10 – May 10)

                                                               i.      Grade Entry: 8 a.m. April 29 – 5 p.m. May 13

     *   Polytechnic Statewide locations will follow the above Full Term Session reporting.
  1.  Incomplete Grades
     *   Incomplete grades for Spring 2024 will revert to failing grade at the close of final grading
     *   Reminder lists will go out around midterm
