[Cce-faculty-list] rooms available to hold TA office hours: HAMP 1119 and HAMP G293/A/B/C

Dear Colleagues,

This semester, HAMP 1119 and HAMP G293/A/B/C suite will be available to hold TA office hours. Please see the enclosed photos. These rooms will be unlocked 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.

Please inform your TA(s) as you see fit. We recommend that the TAs reserve their recurring TA Office Hours slots with Heather (cc’ed), as soon possible. TAs will have priority use of their respective reserved room at their reserved time. Set reservation schedules will be posted on the entrance doors. At other times, the rooms may be used to hold impromptu course office hours or have students studying.

We are asking the custodial services to unlock these rooms by 8am, Monday through Friday, and lock after 5pm. Should they miss unlocking a room, your TA may seek help from Heather (for both rooms) or Emma (for HAMP G293/A/B/C) to unlock the room.
