- It is primarily the responsibility of the instructor to inform students of their last week meeting time and place.

- Students may, in accordance with Senate policy, ask for a make-up time because of a direct conflict or because they have more than two exams on one calendar day. In addition, students must make the necessary arrangements for rescheduling an exam before the last week of regularly scheduled classes.

- The University Senate has determined that final exams are to be no more than two hours in length. Instructors need to write an exam that fits the allotted time slot.
