[Cce-faculty-list] Seed grant proposal request

Please find the request for proposals in (i) Research Innovation, and (ii) Curriculum/Teaching Innovation in the attachment. The proposals should be sent to Whitney and me by 5:00 pm of Jan. 17, 2025. Selection of successful proposals should be completed by March 2025, and the funds would be expended in AY 2025-26.
As in previous years, proposals for Research Innovation foster collaboration across areas and ranks, and are expected to be used to support graduate students.
Curriculum/Teaching Innovation proposals are a new call this year. If the proposal includes new equipment, then we may be able to use Kresge funds as well, the call for which will come out later in the semester. You are asked to note that you will be proposing the equipment item in a Kresge proposal as well. This will allow the FGC to use Innovation and Kresge funds in a holistic manner for the School.
