My name is Allie Martin, and I am a Prevention Programming Specialist for the Center for Advocacy, Response, and Education (CARE) on campus. As a confidential office, we advocate for students who are impacted by interpersonal violence, sexual assault, stalking, harassment, and exploitation.

To effectively support our student community, we aim to increase awareness of our services and ensure that students feel comfortable reaching out for assistance when needed. One effective way we have done this in the past is through brief presentations in classrooms, lasting 10-15 minutes. These quick presentations provide information about our resources and how students can access them.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in sharing this opportunity with the faculty in your department. Together, we can empower more students to utilize our services and foster a safer campus environment.
