[Cce-faculty-list] Engineering Grad Showcase Volunteer's - Need INFO by SEPT 8th

Hello All,

Faculty volunteer’s needed:  In the past we have had a faculty representative from each of the Civil area’s to have a Question and Answer session.  (We will also include some current student’s as well).  We would like to do that again this year.  We need at least one Faculty from each area for Sunday, September 29th from 8:00pm – 8:30pm and one for the Monday session from 10:00am – 10:30am.  (Does not need to be the same faculty member.) You do not need to attend the first hour of either session that will be an overview given by Jenny, Dulcy, and Stacy of the Civil and Construction Engineering Graduate Program.   Please let me know by Thursday, September 8th if you are able to attend one or both of these Q&A sessions.

The Purdue Engineering Virtual Graduate Showcase this year is Sunday, September 29 and Monday September 30th.  They do Sunday evening from 7pm – 8:30pm to capture the students from different time zones.  The Monday session is from 9:00am – 10:30am.
