[Cce-faculty-list] Updated activity reports

Colleagues:
I am not sure when "Elements" will be fully implemented for reporting of faculty activities. In the interim, please send your updated Form 36 and activity reports in WORD to Whitney by 5:00 pm of Jan. 15, 2025.

  *   Assistant and Associate Professors are required to use the current (2023) CoE template available at https://engineering.purdue.edu/Intranet/Groups/Committees/EAPC/PTDocuments. Full professors need not follow the same format. If you do not follow the CoE format, then a full updated resume is needed. Please highlight items for the 2023 calendar year.
  *   Your document should be accurate in terms of factual information.
