Please see attached FYI from the Registrar. Also wanted to include this information on grading deadlines this fall:

Now is the perfect time to remind faculty to ensure their web certifications are current so they don’t get stuck up against a deadline. Certifications such as FERPA, GLBA, Protecting SSNs, and Data Handling must be current at the time of grade entry to prevent any roadblocks.

Subject: Classroom Courtesy Guidelines

Please find the attached classroom courtesy guidelines for you to share with your faculty and staff.

Please note: Most active learning classrooms do not have a “normal” configuration. These rooms can seem to be in disarray quite often. If your faculty are assigned an active learn room, it would be most beneficial to have the room returned to a somewhat organized configuration when class is over.

Best wishes for a smooth semester!
