Hi fellow researchers!


Come to NSAC Coffee Hour Story Telling Special Series this Friday, November 5th at 2:00 pm in BRK 1001 to learn how to light up your research presentation using storytelling skills!


Our Guest speakder, Dr. Sorin Adam Matei, will show us the power of transformative metaphors as a vehicle for audience engagement and storytelling. He will demonstrate this by working with volunteers to identify appropriate metaphors to their research topics. Doctor Matei is the College of Liberal Arts Associated Dean of Research and Graduate Education and Professor of Communication, Brian Lamb School of Communication.


Individually packaged snacks and coffee will be provided to help us digest the talk! Looking forward to meeting you in person during the coffee hour! Don't forget to wear a face mask.
