[BNC-grads-list] Discovery Park Open House Poster Presentation

Dear Faculty and Students,



Discovery Park is having an open house this Friday, Sept. 23rd and Birck will be hosting a poster session for it from 2-3pm.  We are in need of students to sign up to present a poster, please find below the google link to sign up.  If you already have a poster hanging on the wall you would like to present please let me know and I can have it taken down and set up for the poster session, if you will be printing a new poster, please turn in the printed poster to Heather at the front desk by tomorrow, Wed., Sept. 23rd 5:00pm and we will frame and set up for you.  Please note, we will be framing the posters and sitting them on easels for the event, so the posters need to be 24x36 in size.  Also, we will be framing the posters on Thursday, 9/22 so the printed posters must be turned into Heather by Wed., the 23rd 5pm.



There will be food and beverages provided during the poster session for those who participate and we ask that you be near your poster from 2-3pm to engage visitors and answer any questions they may have.



Faculty, please encourage your students to participate in the poster session as it is a good platform to showcase their research to a broad audience.

Students working at Birck are encouraged to sign up for the poster session by Tuesday Sep. 20, 2016 and turn in their poster to Heather Anthrop by Wednesday Sept. 21, 2016. The size of the posters should be 24x36.
