There will be a representative from Raytheon IDS recruiting on campus next week, and they specifically mentioned interest students from the Birck Nanotechnology Center. Erik, Dave -

Edgar is planning to go to Purdue next week for a recruiting event. I believe we have some open reqs for thermal (possibly others?) - if you are aware of any particular skill sets we are looking for (and if you have students from CTRC that would make good candidates), could you forward to Edgar?

Edgar - I just had a call this morning with Profs Alpennzeller and Zhihong Chen from their Nanotechnology center. If you would like to talk to them while you're there, or get student recommendations from them, let me know and I will make an introduction. They are doing a lot of work on graphene and other 2D materials. Nice work and decent overlap with RURI and Starnet activities, but we don't have anything immediately identified that we want to try to collaborate with them on.
