[Bnc-faculty-all-list] REMINDER: Benefits enrollment ends at 6pm ET on Tues., Nov. 12th

Dear Faculty and Staff,

A gentle reminder that 2020 benefit open enrollment ends at 6pm ET tomorrow, Tues., Nov. 12th.

Also, employees who enrolled for 2020 benefits before Friday (Nov. 8) are asked to review their saved or printed benefit summary statement carefully, and perhaps log back into the system to review their statement. Human Resources was notified of an issue with the Benefitfocus tool, which affected some employees regarding their responses to the survey questions (tobacco usage and working spouse).
Some employees' summary statements did not display the correct rate, even though the system recorded the correct amount. This issue has been fixed; however, all employees who enrolled before Friday should double check their statements to ensure what they chose is reflected correctly.
To access Benefitfocus and the "Employee Summary Report," use the "Benefits Open Enrollment for Faculty & Staff" icon on the OneCampus portal.  Click on the gold box on the right-hand side of the welcome page "To Enroll, Make a Change and View Your Benefits." The "Employee Summary Report" is located in the left side navigation (see image at right).
