[Bnc-faculty-all-list] Equipment priority request

Dear Birck PIs,

I am seeking out information from you on any tool replacements, upgrades, or acquisitions that are most pressing to your research success in Birck. Tools that help a larger number of users or bring new capability to draw new users are of greatest interest, but please don’t hesitate to bring up anything at all that might assist or streamline research.

Useful information includes:
1. What the tool/upgrade/replacement is/does
2. Why it makes a difference
3. Estimated cost
4. List of PIs who would benefit (and, even better, actively support) this investment
5. If relevant, what new capability it offers and what new users it could draw.

Thanks in advance for all your input. This is vital information in providing more comprehensive service to Birck’s users and ensuring your technical success.
