[Bnc-facility-notice] Building open, no hazardous gases

The BNC facility is now open, but no hazardous gases may be used.



There are unresolved issues with the Toxic Gas Monitoring System that caused the evacuation. As a result, until further notice all hazardous gases are shut off.
