[Bnc-facility-notice] Concrete drilling beneath cleanroom in BNC

Please note that there will be concrete drilling in the subfab of the Birck Nanotechnology Center on Monday through Wednesday next week. This drilling involves the use of hammer drills, so there is the potential for higher-than-normal vibration levels in the facility. Please adjust your research accordingly.

What: Concrete drilling using hammer drills
Where: Birck Nanotechnology Center Subfab (area beneath the cleanroom)
When: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday, 8/19/13 - Wednesday, 8/21/13
Impact*: Possible vibration in cleanroom and laboratories
