[BNC-all] Birck Facility Process Gas Update

Dear Birck Researchers,

Happy New Year!  We hope you enjoy a prosperous and productive 2025!

With this email we are notifying all Birck users that Hydrogen has been restored to the facility and the Toxic Gas Monitoring System is back online, so all processes requiring H2 are available.  The Vertex system is having a communication issue after the shutdown and we're working to restore its operation.  The Vertex monitors all other gases besides H2, so any processes requiring toxic gases are still offline.  We did experience a couple of issues with tools over the holidays so please check iLabs to see the status of specific tools.

We will keep you updated with the status of the Vertex, and therefore all gases other than H2.
