Dear Birck Community,

At 2 pm on Tuesday, April 29th Glen Easterbrook and Ian Tyrer-Tomkinson from Hiden Analytical will be visiting Birck Nanotechnology Center, related to the commissioning a Hiden Mass Spectrometer System for layer and end point detection on our AJA Ion Mill.

If you would like to pick Glen and Ian’s brains on applications in mass spectrometry for semiconductor, thin film, and plasma processes in general, they will be delighted to introduce the range of associated products from Hiden Analytical and advise on suitable configurations for your individual applications.

If you have other mass spectroscopy applications in gas analysis, surface science and vacuum processing please feel free to drop by, too – they will both be pleased to discuss these with you.

Please RSVP to Nick Glassmaker (nglassma at purdue.edu) by Friday April 25 if you would like to meet with the Hiden representatives on April 29.

Thank you!
