Conference Rooms
The room wizards outside of the BNC conference rooms are not reflecting all of the meetings that have been scheduled.  ECN is working with the manufacture on this issue and will keep us updated on its progress.
In the interim when checking if a room is available please make sure to look at the outlook calendar or ask one of the secretarial staff before using a conference room that shows it's available (green).

Grandparents University - Volunteers Needed
NSAC is looking for volunteers to help run a few demos during Grandparents University.  The demos are activities which have been used in Nanodays.  Volunteers are needed June 27th from 3:30pm - 5pm.  If interested please sign up here:  https://forms.gle/3Ai4abyztLzkr9Uj8

Scrubbing and Waxing

Continued summer Scrub and Wax for Birck

Please note that the following rooms will be scrubbed and waxed on the following dates.  Make sure that all of you computers and boxes are up off of the floor.  This is a big project, so if you don't move your items, we will skip over you till next year.

July 2 - BRK 1017 and 1019

July 3 - BRK 1021 and 1022

July 5 - BRK 1023 and 1025

July 9 Hallway from BRK 1010 to 1027



Bindley:

July 1st   from 5 - 9:30 AM (Closed to all) BIND 1st floor from Unisex Restroom (next to the kitchenette) to the outside doors leading to Birck and the elevator

          (find an alternative route)

Copper Moon Summer Hours
Copper Moon Coffee, located at the Burton D. Morgan Center has new summer hours and are now open from 7:30 am - 2:00 pm. Please remember that they can accommodate large shuttle coffee orders for any event close to Burton Morgan. Please stop by and touch base with Copper Moon staff if you're interested and check out the attached current menu.
