[BNC-all] S-4800 SEM Down

Dear all,

We had an issue with the vacuum in the main chamber of the S-4800 SEM
yesterday, the high tension wont turn on due to this issue.

We worked yesterday and will continue today to troubleshoot the issue. I
will let you know when i have positive news.
