Dear Fellow Scientists,

Recent advances in cell biology, microfabrication and microfluidics have enabled the development of microengineered and controlled models of the functional units of human organs — known as organs-on-a-chip. The new 3D3C workshop on organ-on-a-chip is scheduled for April 5 & 6 2018.  The workshop will include a lecture, classroom exercises, demonstrations and hands-on practical covering the basic setup and modern approaches for the design of organ-on-a-chip. It will encompass aspects of substrates used in organs-on-a-chip, microfluidic systems, culture surface geometry and biosensors. For details, please refer to the attached pamphlet.
