All BNC Users -
The preventive maintenance shutdown of the Birck Nanotechnology Facility has been completed successfully due to the great efforts the BNC Engineering Staff and the Physical Facilities trades. The cleanroom and laboratories are now open for operation.
Some equipment is still shut down for maintenance, or is in the process of being started back up. Please check iLabs for individual equipment status.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this set of important preventive-maintenance procedures.
Mark Voorhis
Building Manager
