[BNC-all] Cleanroom Equipment Move

The equipment removal from the clean room is now complete and all clean room bays are now open.

Dear all Birck cleanroom users,

Today, Thursday August 10th, the west end of the Birck cleanroom will be temporarily closed to allow equipment moves in & out.  We have scheduled a professional heavy equipment moving company to move out the old mask-making Electromask system from the mask shop, and they will also move in the heavy vibration damping plate for the new JEOL e-beam lithography system.  This work will commence in the morning and will required the photo bays (M & N-Bays) and P-Bay to be closed during this work.  This may take a few hours for both jobs to be complete, during which these west bays will be closed.  Other bays in the cleanroom will continue to operate as normal.
