[BNC-all] New copiers are working

Hi all,

The new copiers are now functioning.  Copy codes are the same as before.

You will no longer need to input your copy code to print, but please note ECN is monitoring all print jobs through the network and they will be flagged if abused and action will be taken.

A copy code will be required for copying and faxing.

If you need to remap your printing drive please follow the below instructions,

-Start->Devices and Printers
                Remove old device if it does not work to install new
-In that same Devices and Printers window, there should be a "Search Devices and Printers" search box at the top-right

                -in that box, type in:  \\vps12\brk1stmono<file:///\\vps12\brk1stmono> (black first floor copier) \\vps12.ecn.purdue.edu\brk1stcolor<file:///\\vps12.ecn.purdue.edu\brk1stcolor> (1st floor color) \\vps12.ecn.purdue.edu\brk2ndcolor<file:///\\vps12.ecn.purdue.edu\brk2ndcolor> (2nd floor color)
                -that should install the new drivers and printer

      -to make it your default printer, right-click that printer and
                  click Set as default printer

For those who have self-supported PC's, please submit and ECN trouble report and they can assist you.
