[BNC-all] IMPORTANT: Lab Chair outside of lab

A laboratory chair was found in the atrium in a seating area, just outside of BRK 2001. It is very important that laboratory chairs NOT be moved from the laboratories. This is a health and safety issue, not just a logistics issue.
