[BNC-all] Parking!

Here is the long-awaited announcement! The new parking lot on the west end of the BNC will open - barring unforeseen circumstances - on Monday, August 22, 2011. 

This week the striping will be completed and temporary lighting installed. When the final light poles arrive, we will have to close off a few spots while they are installed, but that should not be a big deal at all.
