[BNC-all] Landscaping Work at BNC

There will be no landscape work today.  The plan is to have landscaping work begin tomorrow and run from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm.
As stated previously, there is a chance of increased vibration and/or acoustic noise at the east end of the BNC during this work.
