[BNC-all] Hazardous Gases in BNC now operational

The problem with the hazardous gas monitoring system has been corrected and
the gases can now be used.  Appropriate parts are now in stock should this
failure mode occur again.  Thank you for your patience and cooperation
during this unscheduled system failure.  Special thanks go to Steve Jurss
who worked over the weekend to restore the system performance.
