[BNC-all] Birck Power Outage

A main power feed to the Birck Nanotechnology Center caused a power
interruption at approximately 12:00 noon.  At the present time power has
been restored, but we are currently down in the clean room and the
laboratory processes waiting for the campus chilled water to return to
normal.  Once the process areas are operational we notify this
distribution.
