Dear BNC faculty or staff member:

This is just a friendly reminder that we need the pdf files for your BNC publications by January 30th for posting on the e-Pubs site (see below). Please send your pdf files to Deborah at your earliest convenience. To those who have already completed this task, MANY THANKS!

Regards-

Tim

Each publication is entered in a format that provides maximum access in accordance with the rights of the publisher. We believe this will become a critical part of the BNC’s web presence, and will substantially improve the visibility of your research without adding substantially to your workload.

Please continue to include the BNC in your author affiliation when appropriate, and ask those who use the facilities for which you are PIC to acknowledge the BNC. We have decided not to include publications that do not mention the BNC to maintain the integrity of the database. Besides promoting your research, the scholarly output included in this database will be used by the BNC’s Internal Advisory Committee and the director (me) in our annual evaluations of space utilization in the BNC building. Finally, we plan to ask for these publications each January in concert with similar requests by the schools and departments. If you would like to provide a pdf of each paper as it is published, please do.
