Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering
Princeton University
Abstract
We propose an approach to far-field optical maging beyond the
diffraction limit. The proposed system allows image magnification,
is robust with respect to material losses and can be fabricated by
adapting existing meta-material technologies in a cylindrical geometry
Evgenii Narimanov obtained his MS (1991) and PhD (1994) degrees from
Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. He worked as a
postdoctoral fellow at Yale University, from 1995 to 1998, and in
Bell Labs Theory Department, from 1998 to 2000. Since 2000, he has
been an Assistant Professor in the Electrical Engineering Department
at Princeton University.
