[BNC-all] Mailman set up :)

When you want to send an e-mail to everyone on the BNC directory, send an
e-mail using the ³to² address above. Your mail will be moderated, and, if
appropriate, will be approved for distribution. No need to e-mail me ‹ or
others ‹ to send out a mass e-mail message. AND no more e-mails with
hundreds of addresses.

I¹ll be creating additional mail lists and will e-mail you additional
information.
