[BNC-all] East Lab Wing HVAC Repair for 12-19-06

On 12-19-06 at 12:15 P.M. we will slow down the make up air to the east
lab wing for about ~30 - 45 minutes to replace a failed temperature
sensor.  This will effect the positive pressure for all east wings lab
to where the door may be hard to open during the repairs.
