[BNC-all] Floor work on Friday

The area on 1st floor from the womens restroom over pass the glass
elevator will be closed Friday Aug. 25th due to waxing of the floor. The
area should be open back up by 1:00 p.m. The following area will not be
able to be used, womens restroom, center stairs, and the glass elevator.
Sorry for all the trouble but this will all help the building look
great.
