[Apreosem] Verification of user pool for APREO SEM

Hello Apreo SEM users,
We are collecting data for the active accounts for Apreo SEM. If you wish to continue your access for Apreo SEM, please fill out this form (https://forms.gle/wmB9rzkLJo1djdN16) by May 10th, 2022. We are planning to use this data to update:

  1.  the email list for Apreo users
  2.  permission to reserve the equipment.
We are collecting this data separately for all SEMs, so if you are trained on multiple SEMs, you will receive emails with different links for different SEMs and you are required to fill multiple forms.
