[Airco-list] New reservation policy for Metal systems

At the request of Kenny and Dave and in an effort to maximize the utilization of our
metallization systems, new Reservation Policies within Coral have been implemented.

Metallization systems must be reserved in 4 hour blocks starting
at midnight, 4am, 8am, noon, 4pm, and 8pm.  This will eliminiate the small blocks 
of time where a run would not be possible.  There are 42 possible slots per system per week.

Please cancel reservations you don't plan to use as early as possible to allow another
user the opportunity to use the slot.
