Hi Dave,

When I check the charges for the equipment usage in the cleanroom, I 
have one question. In the spreadsheet of recharge expenses, charges for 
gold is $40.49 per use. How do you calculate the number of uses for 
gold? For example, if I deposit gold of 1 micron what would be the 
number of uses? If you don't know it, whom should I talk to?
