Mobile Hotspots

Mobile Hotspots are available as an option for Faculty or Staff when working remotely or traveling. 

Departmental funds can be used to order and use Mobile Hotspots. There is an activation fee and monthly services fees that will be charged to the account numbers provided. 

Steps to obtain a Mobile Hotspot:

*NOTE: RISQUE access is restricted to users that are allowed to make changes.  If you don't have access to the RISQUE portal then contact your Building Deputy, Business Office, or ECN for assistance with ordering a Mobile Hotspot. 

1. Login to the Risque Portal https://risque.itap.purdue.edu/

2. Click on Create Ticket under the Voice Ticketing menu. 

3.  In the equipment drop-down select Cell/Pager and then select Activate

4.Fill in all of the information including Purdue Account numbers
