Adding Panasonic Printers in Grissom

In order to add the Panasonic printers, please do the following:

Start->Settings->Printers and Faxes
Double-click "Add Printer"
"Welcome to Add Printer Wizard" click Next
"Local or Network Printer" please choose "A Network Printer" and click Next
Specify a printer: Choose "Connect to this printer", and in the edit box, enter in \\vps2\gris233p1 (or \\vps2\gris337p1 for the business office printer)
Do you want to use this as the default printer? Yes or no, either will suffice. Click Next.
Click Finish.
Right-click on the newly added printer and click Printing Preferences
Select the Job Type tab, and enter your individual copy code in the Dept. ID field. Click Apply, then OK
